1. Introduction
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling services provided by IIM Marketers, i.e., Estrelligent Technology Pvt Ltd (“the Agency”). By engaging in our services, clients agree to abide by the terms stated in this policy.
2. Service Cancellation by the Client

Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice via email to hello@iimmarketers.com at least 30 days in advance.

If cancellation occurs before the completion of a contracted service period, an early termination fee may apply, as specified in the service agreement.

Payments already made are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in the contract.

Any outstanding invoices must be paid in full prior to cancellation.
3. Cancellation by the Agency
The Agency reserves the right to cancel services under the following circumstances:

Violation of terms outlined in the contract.

Non-payment or late payment of invoices beyond the agreed-upon timeframe.

Client engages in unethical or illegal activities that conflict with the Agency’s values.
In such cases, the Agency will provide 7 days’ written notice before terminating services.
4. Refund Policy

Monthly retainers and prepaid services are non-refundable.

If a service is canceled before it begins, the client may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on expenses already incurred.

Any applicable refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.
5. Paused or Suspended Services

Clients may request a temporary suspension of services, subject to approval by the Agency.

A reactivation fee may apply when resuming services.
6. Modifications to the Cancellation Policy
The Agency reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of changes in advance, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
